Returns Policy

If you are a private consumer (as opposed to buying for business use) you may cancel any order made by you via the Elite Direct Pharma Limited website at any time within 7 days of receipt by you of the product. You must notify us either by email to sales@elitedirectpharma.co.uk or by telephone on 0333 015 1950. Please note exceptions apply in the case of sterile/pharmaceutical products which have been removed from sealed packaging. You must return the products in the same condition that they were in when they were despatched to you. Please refer to Elite Direct Pharma Limited’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Returning your item(s) to us

Once you have notified or spoken to our customer service team about returning your items, please post them to:

Elite Direct Pharma, Unit 8, Guardian Point, Guardian Street, Warrington, WA5 1SJ

Unfortunately we do not offer a free-post return service and can’t cover your costs of returning the items to us. You are liable for ensuring the items arrive back to us undamaged, so we recommend you pack the items well and use a recorded delivery service.

How long will my refund take?

Once we have received your items and confirmed that they are undamaged and unused, we will process a refund. This will usually be the next working day after receiving your items, but it may take up-to 7 working days.
